BookThatDoctor is a doctor discovery and appointment reservation platform. We help you find a doctor and reserve a confirmed slot. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose any condition, or recommend any treatment. Every doctor and clinic listed on BookThatDoctor is an independent professional or business, solely responsible for the medical advice, treatment, and care they provide.
In a medical emergency
Do not use BookThatDoctor to seek help for a medical emergency. If you or someone else needs urgent or emergency medical attention, call your local emergency services or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room. Booking an appointment through this app is not a substitute for emergency care and may not get a response in time.
What we verify, and what we don't
Before a doctor's profile is made visible to patients, BookThatDoctor checks their medical registration details against the relevant medical council record. This confirms the doctor is a registered medical practitioner — it does not mean BookThatDoctor supervises, endorses, or guarantees the quality of care, the accuracy of a diagnosis, or the outcome of any consultation. The same applies to clinics: we confirm basic business and registration details, not clinical standards.
Ask AI, if and when available
If BookThatDoctor offers an AI-assisted specialty recommendation feature, its output is AI-generated, is never a diagnosis, and always ends with a recommendation to consult a real doctor. It should not be relied on as medical guidance.
Your relationship is with your doctor
Once you book an appointment, the medical relationship — and all professional and ethical responsibility that comes with it — is between you and your doctor, whether the consultation happens in person or over video. BookThatDoctor is not a party to that relationship and does not receive, store, or have access to your medical history, diagnosis, or prescriptions.
