What BookThatDoctor is
BookThatDoctor is a doctor discovery and appointment reservation platform. We help you find a doctor and hold a confirmed slot for a ₹10 reservation fee — the same way booking a movie or train seat locks it in. We are not a medical provider, we do not practice medicine, and we are not a party to the relationship between you and your doctor.
The reservation fee
Every online booking costs a flat ₹10 reservation fee, paid through Razorpay. This fee confirms and locks your slot. Your doctor's consultation fee is separate, is shown to you before booking, and is paid directly to the doctor — BookThatDoctor never collects, holds, or splits it.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking from My Appointments up to 2 hours before your appointment time for a full ₹10 refund. Cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment is not refundable. If a doctor or clinic cancels your appointment, you always receive a full refund regardless of timing.
Doctor and clinic responsibility
Doctors and clinics listed on BookThatDoctor are independently responsible for their own medical advice, treatment, and conduct. BookThatDoctor verifies medical registration details before listing a doctor, but does not supervise or guarantee the care you receive.
Account suspension
We may suspend an account for abuse, fraud, or repeated no-shows. We do not delete your booking history when we do — suspension restricts access, it doesn't erase records.
